Our Story

Neighborhood Soles was never part of a business plan. It began with a simple need and a willing heart.

As we worked with children in our youth group, we began noticing something many others never saw. Some of the children coming to our youth programs were wearing shoes that were too small, falling apart, or held together with tape. Others didn't have the school supplies they needed to start the year with confidence.

We couldn't ignore it.

What started as helping a few children with a new pair of shoes quickly grew into providing backpacks, school supplies, socks, hygiene products, and encouragement to families facing difficult seasons. Each act of kindness revealed another need, and each need became another opportunity to serve.

Before long, we realized our community needed more than shoes.

Today, Neighborhood Soles serves children preparing for school, families experiencing financial hardship, individuals facing homelessness, veterans in need of essential supplies, and people searching for hope during life's most difficult moments. Through our Christmas assistance program, homeless outreach, school readiness initiatives, hygiene and laundry assistance, and connections to community resources, we strive to meet practical needs while restoring dignity and reminding every person that they matter.

We believe that a new pair of shoes can do more than protect someone's feet. It can restore confidence. A backpack filled with school supplies can give a child hope for a better future. A hygiene kit, warm blanket, or tent can remind someone living on the streets that they have not been forgotten.

Every program we offer is built on one simple belief:
